Dissection of human cadaver is an introductory course in medical education in one side and obligation to respect for Muslim dead body like the live individual is imperative on the other side. Moreover, irreverence to Muslim-whether live or dead-is forbidden-haram- in Islamic thoughts.      The essential question is how it is possible to maintain both respect for Muslim dead body and meanwhile help to improve and develop medical education and related fields in Islamic community by having permission to dissect the dead body of Muslims. In the present article it is attempted to discuss and analyze the opinions of some of great religious scholars in the past and those of the contemporary religious authorities. Meanwhile, the importance of this issue in the medical profession is doubled, considering that the medical profession is related to the physical and mental condition of individuals from one perspective and on the other hand is part of the medical obligations that have moral aspects and public conscience. This issue has not been neglected in the knowledge of jurisprudence, and in the principles of Shiite jurisprudence, there are two views on the responsibility of the physician with the phrase "physician's guarantee". But others believe that the physician is not the guarantor in this case, and that their reason is based on the principle of innocence. In this qualitative article, the descriptive-analytical method and collection of information in the form of library and documentary views on jurisprudential and legal views on the civil liability of physicians and the guarantee of disciplinary, criminal and legal enforcement of medical violations will be examined. One of the most important results of this study is that in Islam, the good faith of the physician has been discussed and the physician's intention is to cure the patient, and if he commits an unintentional fault, he may be morally responsible, but he is responsible for compensation. Saadi is one of the prominent poets who read the sciences of his time and the sources before him and studied many books; Therefore, in all his works and in all the forms of poetry he wrote, he addressed the Prophet (PBUH). Materials and Methods: This research is a library method. Finding: In identifying and enforcing family judgments, in addition to the conditions set forth in the Civil Code and the Civil Judgments Enforcement Law, elements such as citizenship, the couple's residence, the marital-parental relationship, and the religion of the parties to the lawsuit play an important role. Analyzes indicate that the legislature has left significant ambiguities in this regard by delegating the enforcement of this category of judgments to the general enforcement of civil judgments, as well as the need for the judiciary to explore conflict resolution rules. However, the Family Protection Act of 2011, only for the crime committed by the notary public without the existence of enforceable sentences, has considered only a very small dimension of identification and implementation of these sentences. Conclusion: In dealing with rulings in family litigation, judges should consider elements such as the nationality of each of the litigants, their marital or parental relationship, in addition to applying a limited control system; This has been challenging in some cases; Therefore, it is necessary to remove the ambiguity of the existing laws and increase the level of awareness of judges on how to deal with such rulings.}, Keywords = {Enforcing Family Sentences, Identifying Foreign Sentences, Family Claims}, volume = {5}, Number = {2}, pages = {175-185}, publisher = {معاونت فرهنگی و دانشجویی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی}, url = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-560-en.html}, eprint = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-560-en.pdf}, journal = {Qur̓ān va ṭib (Quran and Medicine)}, issn = {2251-6158}, eissn = {2251-6166}, year = {2020} } @article{ author = {Tavakoli, Nasri}, title = {The Truth and Dimensions of Human Existence from the Perspective of the Holy Qur\'an and Nahj al-Balagha}, abstract ={Purpose: According to the verses of the Holy Qur'an and the words of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Nahj al-Balagha, human nature is a single reality but it has levels. Materials and Methods: This research has been carried out by the method of library studies and in a descriptive-analytical manner, which has been obtained and analyzed by referring to Quranic, narrative and scientific texts. Findings: The family is a cellular tissue for social organs and provides mental, physical and social health of its members. The Holy Quran states the philosophy of marriage in verse 21 of Surah Romans. According to this noble verse, the health of the family is established in the shelter of life, along with the establishment of a strong and permanent relationship between a man and a woman, which is called marriage. Now the question arises whether the jihad of marriage leads to peace, tranquility and mercy between couples or has other harmful and destructive effects on their health and spirit? The research hypothesis is that according to the verses of the Holy Quran and other jurisprudential arguments, the most important element for the validity of marriage is "satisfaction". In this article, we will see from the point of view of different religions what criteria are valid in adequacy and what are the effects of observing or not observing adequacy in marriage. We also express the positions of Shiite jurists on their views in this regard. In this part of the article, several important points are pointed out: One is that some Shiite and Sunni jurists on the issue of adequacy, give relations to each other that do not correspond to the reality of the matter. Another is that Shiite jurists believe that most of the things that the Sunnis consider valid in sufficiency are not valid in sufficiency, and many Sunni elders agree with the Shiites in this regard. Imami jurists, after declaring the reasons cited by the Sunnis as weak, prove their promise by quoting verses and hadiths. Another point is that from the Shiite point of view, the validity of adequacy in marriage, as most Sunnis say, is rooted in the customs of the pre-Islamic era, and Islam not only did not approve of these customs, but also fought against them. Findings: The Holy Shari'a has legislated the punishment of retribution in order to protect social life and states that achieving criminal justice depends on respecting the rights of the offender, the victim and society. The rights of the offender are secured if the psychological element of the crime is established along with other elements; Therefore, "intent to commit a typically lethal act" can not be considered as one of the criteria for premeditated murder; Because according to the fundamental laws, intention does not mean cause in the absolute sense; Accordingly, in order to diagnose premeditated murder, it is necessary to examine all aspects, including the circumstances of the crime, the circumstances of the offender and the victim. According to the ups and downs of Shiism in the Seljuk period, the performance of this government towards Shiism can be divided into two periods: a) The first Seljuk period (429-483 AH) due to their interest in supporting the Sunnah and the power of the rulers. The early (Tughrel, Aleb Arslan and Malek Shah) Shiites faced the harshness of the new rulers. The strictness of Nizam al-Mulk, the most important minister of the Seljuk government, towards the Shia sect, especially the Nizari Ismailis, is well known. b) The second period of the Seljuq government (483-590 AH) In this period, Shiites were able to become suitable administrative officials, especially as Seljuq court officials, they also achieved the highest positions. During the period of the Khwarazmshahs, Sultan Mohammad Khwarazmshah, who considered the most important basis of his legitimacy to be military power and warfare, tried to legitimize some religious jurists.
