Dissection of human cadaver is an introductory course in medical education in one side and obligation to respect for Muslim dead body like the live individual is imperative on the other side. Moreover, irreverence to Muslim-whether live or dead-is forbidden-haram- in Islamic thoughts.      The essential question is how it is possible to maintain both respect for Muslim dead body and meanwhile help to improve and develop medical education and related fields in Islamic community by having permission to dissect the dead body of Muslims.In the present article it is attempted to discuss and analyze the opinions of some of great religious scholars in the past and those of the contemporary religious authorities. Meanwhile, the importance of this issue in the medical profession is doubled, considering that the medical profession is related to the physical and mental condition of individuals from one perspective and on the other hand is part of the medical obligations that have moral aspects and public conscience. This issue has not been neglected in the knowledge of jurisprudence, and in the principles of Shiite jurisprudence, there are two views on the responsibility of the physician with the phrase "physician's guarantee". But others believe that the physician is not the guarantor in this case, and that their reason is based on the principle of innocence. In this qualitative article, the descriptive-analytical method and collection of information in the form of library and documentary views on jurisprudential and legal views on the civil liability of physicians and the guarantee of disciplinary, criminal and legal enforcement of medical violations will be examined. One of the most important results of this study is that in Islam, the good faith of the physician has been discussed and the physician's intention is to cure the patient, and if he commits an unintentional fault, he may be morally responsible, but he is responsible for compensation. There is no damage. The main question of the research is: "What is the ruling on Quranic and jurisprudential arguments regarding the sale of self-help (resale) as one of the Remedies For Breach Of Contract for the purchase of medical equipment?" The findings of the research indicate that the requirements of the holy verse "... فَمَنِ اعْتَدَی عَلَیْکُمْ فَاعْتَدُوا عَلَیْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَی عَلَیْکُمْ ..." There are few Persian or Arabic poets. Divan did not decorate his poetry with verses or verses about this unique character in history and did not praise the greatness, majesty, position and dignity of that Prophet. Saadi is one of the prominent poets who read the sciences of his time and the sources before him and studied many books; Therefore, in all his works and in all the forms of poetry he wrote, he addressed the Prophet (PBUH). According to Saadi, the Prophet is a perfect human being, and as a unique example, he calls him both Khatam and Khatam (perfect). Due to the fact that acting on the behavior of the Prophet as a guide and leader spiritually calms humanity, that's why Saadi sometimes brings stories about the behavior of the Prophet in Golestan and Bostan. Ka'b bin Zuhair also begins his famous ode titled "Bant Saad" by apologizing to the Prophet. The Prophet's spiritual behavior after hearing this ode and sending a gift to the Ka'b shows the spiritual and psychological burden that the Prophet had on the poet with this gift and raised the importance and status of poetry and poets. Therefore, in this article, we will compare the poems of two prominent Persian and Arab poets, Saadi Shirazi and Ka'b bin Zuhair, and examine the perspectives of these two poets on the Prophet as a model of a perfect human being and its impact on the spiritual health of Muslims based on their poems. We will review to better show the ability of both of them in this field and to get more familiar with the example of Naat and Manqbat in Persian and Arabic language.}, Keywords = {Naat and Manqbat of the Prophet, perfect model, spiritual health, Saadi Shirazi, Ka'b bin Zuhair}, volume = {5}, Number = {1}, pages = {129-136}, publisher = {معاونت فرهنگی و دانشجویی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی}, url = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-758-en.html}, eprint = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-758-en.pdf}, journal = {Qur̓ān va ṭib (Quran and Medicine)}, issn = {2251-6158}, eissn = {2251-6166}, year = {2020} }
