The results are compared with each other.  Findings: The World Health Organization has been using breast milk as the sole source of nutrition for up to 6 months, and then continuing it for up to two years in its program and has recommended its development. The Holy Quran recommends two years of milking in his verses. The main problems of patients for reading prayers include: 1. The lack of proper facilities for reading prayers such as Mehr and Sajdayah, and prayers. 2. Failure to know the specific prayers of the patients, such as how to perform the jibei or how to read prayers on the hospital bed. The total number of people surveyed was 220, of which 163 (74.1%) were not obliged to read prayer before admission and 57 (25.9%) were not obliged to read the prayers. Considering that the purpose of this study is to evaluate the problems of patients in admission to the practice of prayer, so asking from patients who do not have a good opinion about reading prayers before hospitalization is not necessary and evaluating problems only from the point of view of those who are obliged to read the prayers before the examination (163 people) were investigated. Of the 163 people who had been admitted to prayer prior to admission, 118 (72.4%) had left the hospital for prayers for various reasons, and 45 (27.6%) were also obliged to read the prayers in the hospital.
