الگویی از قرآن برای سلامت جسمانی و روانی مغز

هدف:اولوالالباب، به انسانهای صاحب خرد و عاقل گفته می شود که از خصوصیات بارز آنها این است که بدی را با خوبی دفع می کنند. از آنجا که نماد جسمانی عقل، مغز است و اولوالالباب، صاحبان خرد. احتمالا افرادی که همانند اولوالالباب اهتمام در انجام خوبیها و پرهیز از بدیها دارند، دارای مغزهای کامل و سالمی نسبت به سایر افراد جامعه هستند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تکامل و سلامت مغزی در نیکوکاران و نیز بیماری و عیوب مغزی در بدکاران، با کمک گرفتن ازمفاهیم قرآن، کلام معصومین(ع) و شواهد علمی اثبات شده در این زمینه می باشد.<br>
مواد و روش ها: این تحقیق به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام پذیرفت. کلمات «اولوالالباب»، «حسنه»، «سیئه» و مشتقات آنها در آیات قرآن و کلام معصومین(ع) در منابع مختلف جستجو شد. با استفاده از جستجوی موضوعی در موتورهای جستجو(پابمد و گوگل اسکولار) تحقیقات علمی در زمینه ارتباط انجام اعمال نیک و بد با سلامت و بیماری مغز دسته بندی و در نهایت حاصل واکاویها جمع بندی و نتیجه گیری انجام گرفت.<br>
یافته ها: افرادی که مرتکب اعمال ناشایست و نابهنجار شده اند دارای نقص، بیماری و عدم تکامل مغز هستند و متقابلا افرادی که کارهای نیک مانند کمک کردن بدون چشم داشت، ایثار، گذشت، انفاق و... انجام داده اند دارای مغزی تکامل یافته و سالمتر حتی نسبت به افراد عادی جامعه هستند.<br>
نتیجه گیری: احتمالا افراد نیکوکار و کسانی که خود را از بدیها و گناهان دور کرده و سریعا در مقام جبران بر می آیند(اولوالالباب) دارای سالمترین و کاملترین مغزها هستند.
Purpose: Ulwa al-Albab is said to the wise and prudent people whose characteristic is that they repel evil with goodness. Since the physical symbol of the intellect is the brain, and Ulwa al-Albab is the possessor of wisdom; so, people who, like Ulwa al-Albab, strive to do goodness and avoid evil, probably have better and healthier brains than other people in society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the evolution and healthy of the brains in virtuous people as well as diseases and defects in the criminals and evildoer’s people brain. This is going to do with the help of the concepts of the Holy Quran, the words of the Infallibles (AS) and scientifically proven evidence.<br>
Materials and Methods: This research was a descriptive-analytical study. The words "Ulwa al-Albab", "Hasane", "Saieh" and their derivatives were searched in the whole of the Quran verses and the words of the Infallibles (AS) in various sources. With using subjective search by search engines (Pabmed and Google Scholar), the scientific researches about the relationship between good and bad deeds with brain health and disease were found, categorized, summarized and concluded.<br>
Findings: People who have committed inappropriate and abnormal deeds have defects, unhealthy and undeveloped brain, and reciprocally, people who have done good deeds such as helping without return, sacrifice, self-devotion, charity, etc. have an evolved brain even healthier than ordinary people in society.<br>
Conclusion: Probably the virtuous people and those who turn away evils and sins then quickly compensates it (Ulwa al-Albab) have the healthiest and the most complete brains.
