Purpose: The present study seeks to extract strategies to ensure mental health in the seventh prayer of Sahifa Sajjadieh.
Materials and Methods: This research has been done by library study method and in a descriptive-analytical method, which has been obtained and analyzed by referring to Quranic, narrative and scientific texts.
Findings: Sahifa Sajjadieh introduces four general strategies to promote mental health: “1. Insightful solutions: Untying the knot by God, causing God to be causal, paying attention to divine power and believing that God is a refuge. 2. Secretary's strategies: Anas with prayer and Anas with mentioning Salawat. 3. Motivational strategies, optimism for the future, hope for prayer to be answered. 4. Action strategies: performing duties and performing mustahabs
Conclusion: Sahifa Sajjadieh in the field of mental health in general introduces the above four strategies to ensure mental security, each of which is directly related to each other.
