The great annual gathering of Muslims of all countries to perform the Hajj is the largest religious ceremony in the world. Therefore, this great human migration poses the most important challenges in terms of affordability and safety in the field of health and wellness. There is not much knowledge about its origin, but it has affected human life on a large scale. It has infected millions of people and killed many people so far. This has disrupted human life and normal life on Earth. Due to the necessity of Hajj and the importance of not leaving the Kaaba empty of pilgrims, the ruling on the existence or provision of a means as a condition for the obligation of Hajj is not very clear for the obligated. Therefore, the study of "Analysis of the explanation of the global corona epidemic and its effect on the obligation of Hajj with a jurisprudential approach", which is an emerging disease, is an issue that needs to be explored until the response stage is worthwhile. Lack of security in the field of health in the land of revelation and the path leading to it to perform Hajj rituals, will make the obligated people unable to afford it and ultimately Hajj will not be obligatory for them.
This article tries to examine the mysterious phenomenon of corona which has caused the death of millions of people and is the most important title of the event of the century; Referring to the evidences and narrations in the jurisprudential books, let us discuss the non-obligation of Hajj in the conditions where security is not established for the pilgrims.
