Purpose: of Technology Intervention in Crime Prevention One of the topics of deterrent criminal policy is situational prevention. This study aims to evaluate the use of information technology in the prevention of registration crimes and its effects on human rights and citizenship.
Materials and Methods: The present study is based on library studies and searches in reputable domestic and foreign scientific databases in an analytical and descriptive manner.
Findings: It seems that the use of new technology in the transfer and exchange of real estate registration information by users reduces the grounds for committing registration crimes, but can harm individual and citizenship rights.
Ethical considerations: In compiling this research, preserving the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.
Conclusion: It is necessary to think of measures and solutions so that despite the fact that information technologies prevent registration crimes, they do not violate the privacy and privacy of individuals.
