Purpose: Ulwa al-Albab is said to the wise and prudent people whose characteristic is that they repel evil with goodness. Since the physical symbol of the intellect is the brain, and Ulwa al-Albab is the possessor of wisdom; so, people who, like Ulwa al-Albab, strive to do goodness and avoid evil, probably have better and healthier brains than other people in society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the evolution and healthy of the brains in virtuous people as well as diseases and defects in the criminals and evildoer’s people brain. This is going to do with the help of the concepts of the Holy Quran, the words of the Infallibles (AS) and scientifically proven evidence.
Materials and Methods: This research was a descriptive-analytical study. The words "Ulwa al-Albab", "Hasane", "Saieh" and their derivatives were searched in the whole of the Quran verses and the words of the Infallibles (AS) in various sources. With using subjective search by search engines (Pabmed and Google Scholar), the scientific researches about the relationship between good and bad deeds with brain health and disease were found, categorized, summarized and concluded.
Findings: People who have committed inappropriate and abnormal deeds have defects, unhealthy and undeveloped brain, and reciprocally, people who have done good deeds such as helping without return, sacrifice, self-devotion, charity, etc. have an evolved brain even healthier than ordinary people in society.
Conclusion: Probably the virtuous people and those who turn away evils and sins then quickly compensates it (Ulwa al-Albab) have the healthiest and the most complete brains.
