Background and Aim: One of the spiritual diseases and sins of the heart is the "atrocity of the heart", many people are unaware of it despite the disease. Human beings are inherently gentle and heart-warming, and the cruelty of the heart does not come about by itself, but rather by factors that exacerbate it. The factors and effects of atrocity are necessary to eliminate the possible dangers.
Methodology: This is a descriptive-analytical study with library and citation method.
Results: The themes of the health branches in this study are related to atrocities of mental health. The commentators and psychologists' explanations in each of the verses of scientific health are consistent with the purpose of the verses.

Conclusion: 1. Heart brutality, which is a mental illness, if left untreated, can be the source of many crimes and ethical offenses; 2. Heart brutality can be caused by detachment from Islamic teachings and cultures. 3. Wishes must be in the context of possibilities, talents, conditions, and capacities, or else they cause anxiety and uneasiness of the soul and cannot easily attain mental peace; Righteousness is one of the effects of atrocity, and since the Qur'an is righteousness, its commands and commandments must be executed as commanded by God Almighty because The soul's health is compromised and ...
