Purpose:The health of body and soul has a special place in the monotheistic worldview, especially in the school of Islam. The subject of physical and mental health in religious propositions and its impact on the material and spiritual life of religious people is one of the frequent topics and recommendations that cover a wide range of studies.
Materials and Methods: The library research aims to analyze the correlation of mental health and physical health in the teachings of Saqlain by categorizing the verses and narrations that are related to mental health and physical health, in a descriptive-analytical way. The collection of information is based on library expression and available interpretive and narrative sources.
Findings: The research findings show a correlation and correlation between physical health and mental health and a special position of adherence to the principles of Islamic nutrition.
Conclusion: Paying attention to halal food, contemplating selective food, forbidding the eating of forbidden meat and forbidden drinks, prioritizing the use of fruits and vegetables over meat, and paying attention to the special blessings of aquatic animals are among the most important elements. The emphasis of Islam is on physical health. The instructions that, in addition to observing and adhering to the fundamental instructions of the Khatam of monotheistic religions in the field of strengthening faith and purifying the soul, provide the basis for the formation of a healthy human being, followed by a healthy and prosperous society
