Abstract:   (1631 Views)
This study aimed to investigate the Qur’an’s points of view in the field of human nutrition. All Qur’an verses related to human nutrition were extracted. To better understand the meanings of the verses, the books Tafsir Nemooneh and Al-Mizan were also used. All nutrition-related verses were categorized in thirteen sections. The main topics were discussed, including setting halal and haram standards, principles of healthy eating, and the food pattern considered by the Quran. The Quran has a plan for human nutrition and the main priorities of food supply sources, health standards, nutrition principles and food pattern considered by the Quran as well as food security are included in this plan.
