In a healthy society, acting according to conscience is considered a basic and necessary as well as opportunism and disregard to moral principles are rejected. Implementation of ethical principles especially in the type of profession is considered in different organizations. Professional ethics examines the behavior of employees in organizations during their professional activity and has been considered in various sciences and fields. The establishment of professional ethics is defined in the Ministry of Health and Medical Education through strategic plan of “Medical Ethics of Islamic Republic of Iran”. “Medical Ethics” is issued to all medical universities in Iran for its implementation. One of the executive bodies in the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in order to provide health and safe food is Food and Drug Administration and their corresponding deputies in all universities of medical sciences in Iran. In the strategic plan of Medical Ethics, the observance of eight principles with the titles of “respect for the dignity of clients”, “profitability”, “non-harm”, “justice”, “empathy”, “job excellence”, “honesty” and “cooperation” has been mentioned, As it is mentioned in the Holy Quran that those who are on the way of serving the people and are in contact with them, deserve to follow the life of the Messenger of God and the Innocent Imams in terms of behavior, deeds, movements and residences. The definition of eight principles of Medical Ethics is designed with the behavior of the Messenger of God and Innocent Imams. In connection with the achievement of health and safe food, responsibility for the rights of individuals, optimization of production methods and presentation of quality food products, no harm to the health of food consumers, fair action, respectful and compassionate behavior, application of up-to-date knowledge and promotion of job skills, correct judgment, honesty and cooperation is important to provide health services.  As a result, the employees have observed the ethical principles during the work activities to improve and assure the health of food. In other hands, it is facilitated the availability of consumers to health and safe food.
