Purpose The aim of this study was to design a human resource resilience management model in the context of the corona epidemic based on Islamic teachings with fuzzy riding.
Material and Methods: The present research is a practical research in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the design, and the opinions of thirty religious experts who were familiar with administrative and organizational issues have been used in its implementation process. These people were selected and investigated by snowball method.
Finding: To present a resilience management model, twenty components are identified from four dimensions of financial-economic resilience, physical-biological resilience, cultural-social resilience and psychological-spiritual resilience identified, the relevant weighting coefficients are extracted and the submitted proposals based on the said component have been extracted.
Conclusion: According to studies and expert opinion, the resilience dimensions of human resources during Corona disease pandemic in four dimensions and twenty components have been finalized and the weight coefficients of the physical-biological dimension has the highest value (47.97) and the social-cultural dimension the lowest The value (10.15) was obtained
