This research aims to design an ontological model of environmental education with emphasis on Quranic verses. Absolute existence belongs to God, and other beings are the creatures of this existence. Recognition of nature as a manifestation of divine truth and verse and the conquest and enjoyment of it is another important educational goal of Islam. In recent decades, serious and growing concerns about environmental and nature crises have been raised in scientific circles; Most of those crises are rooted in a lack of awareness. In fact, public environmental education is the key to tackling this problem; In the age of information and communication technology, in the form of distance education, is noteworthy. In the present study, qualitative methodology and grounded theory method have been used. Fundamental theory is a method based on qualitative methodology. The field of research in qualitative research is equivalent to the statistical population in quantitative research. After the presence of the researcher in the research field, until the theoretical saturation was reached, the various categories were interviewed and the data taken from the initial interviews were used to construct more accurate subsequent interviews. In this study, theoretical sampling and purposive sampling were used. The results of this research led to the design of an ontology model of environmental education in the distance education system with emphasis on Quranic verses.

Purpose: The present study tries to study and analyze the Qurchr('39')anic, jurisprudential and legal arguments of the legitimacy of the temporal ownership of health medicine villages in order to clarify this issue through these studies of the Qurchr('39')anic and Sharia law.
Materials and Methods: This research has been carried out by the method of library studies and in a descriptive-analytical method, which has been obtained and analyzed by referring to Quranic texts, narration and law.
Findings: According to paragraph c of Article 1 of the by-laws .... Tourism facilities and their supervision approved by the Cabinet on 04/06/2015, "health villages" are among the tourism centers that after obtaining the necessary permits to proceed They work. However, since the start-up and financing of the initial capital in this regard requires a lot of financial resources, in some cases, the investment of several natural or legal persons is necessary. The question now is whether the temporal ownership mechanism of health medicine villages can be used. The research hypothesis is that the general evidences of the validity of transactions such as the holy verse "Ahlullah al-Bayy", "Ufwa with contracts" and the famous prophetic narration of "the people rule over their property" and other jurisprudential evidences and legal principles such as the principle of sovereignty of will, principle of influence and validity of obligations. Wisdom and social necessity confirm the validity of the temporal ownership of health medicine villages.
Conclusion: By analyzing the Qurchr('39')anic, jurisprudential and legal arguments regarding transactions, we come to the conclusion that according to the Qurchr('39')an, jurisprudence and Islamic law, transactions are not limited to a few instances in the early days of Islam, but any transaction throughout history. According to the necessities of society, it has been created by the people, provided that the principles of jurisprudence are observed, it has legal and religious validity. Temporary ownership of health medicine villages is also one of the new transactions that can be applied with Quranic, jurisprudential and legal arguments for the correctness of transactions. Therefore, this type of ownership of health medicine villages is without problems and can be used in the field of medicine, services. Provide decent and abundant services to medicine and the general public and take steps to promote the health of people in the community.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate retaliation based on signatures based on verses and hadiths.
Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptive-analytical.
Findings: The Holy Shari'a has legislated the punishment of retribution in order to protect social life and states that achieving criminal justice depends on respecting the rights of the offender, the victim and society. The rights of the offender are secured if the psychological element of the crime is established along with other elements; Therefore, "intent to commit a typically lethal act" can not be considered as one of the criteria for premeditated murder; Because according to the fundamental laws, intention does not mean cause in the absolute sense; Accordingly, in order to diagnose premeditated murder, it is necessary to examine all aspects, including the circumstances of the crime, the circumstances of the offender and the victim.
Conclusion: In the present article, by examining ijtihad, jurisprudential and legal evidences, it is concluded that the intention of a typically fatal act is the criterion of intentional murder if the victim was aware of the exposure of his act at the time of the crime; Therefore, emotional murders that are caused by unsteadiness of will, acute malice can not be considered as intentional retribution; In subconscious crimes, if it is not possible to carry out retribution to the extent of the crime, considering the purpose of retribution legislation, retribution should be allowed to a lesser extent than the crime rate.

Purpose: This article tries to show that in speech, a relatively complete and coherent set of ethics issues is expressed together in the system of Sinaitic philosophy.
Materials and Methods: To do this, we will introduce the tenth article from Ibn Sina's book "Theology of Healing", which is usually not given much attention. This article is the last part of the book (Theology of Healing) and consists of 5 chapters that contain almost the most important topics that should be discussed in advance in the subject of ethics. In a rational philosophy related to the classical tradition - such as Ibn Sina's philosophy, which considers the subject of philosophy as existing because it exists, and introduces the issues of theology as the inherent complications of this subject. The first question is that any new philosophical problem must be one of the inherent implications of the Absolute or the Existent. Thus, for ethics, a logical place must be found in the system of absolute existence. In this article, this issue as well as other issues mentioned in Ibn Sina's ethics. Among other things, the discussion of justice as a criterion for the need for ethics has been explained and its critical evaluation has been done.
Findings: The most important feature of Ibn Sina's philosophy of religion is the rationality of religion and its complete harmony with the a priori principles of theoretical reason, in which the spirit of the theory of the perfect mystical man is also found.
Conclusion: In general, it can be said that Ibn Sina's discussion of the philosophy of religion reflects the characteristics of a Shiite philosophy of religion.

What is considered in the studies of the Islamic field in relation to the conditions of moral leadership is different from Western studies and is based on the Qur'an, based on Islamic ethics and the traditions of the infallibles. Although models and theories of leadership have been proposed in recent years, most of the present research has focused only on the general aspect of leadership and has neglected to design a model of ethical leadership. The purpose of this study is to present a model of moral leadership based on Islamic values in the light of Nahj al-Balaghah. The present research is applied and fundamental which has been done qualitatively using data-based theory. In this study, using the fuzzy Dimtel method as well as selective coding according to the moral components of Mohammadi et al., The ethical leadership model has been designed. The results showed that the factors of non-authoritarianism, meritocracy, moral supervision and citizenship ethics have the most impact on the model of moral leadership and the factors of organizational culture, moral principles and values and moral competence are in the next degree of influence. Also, the factors of transparency and accountability, justice-oriented, rule of law and assertiveness and service-oriented have a high degree of effectiveness.

Purpose: The present study tries to study and analyze the Quranic, Islamic and legal evidences of the authority of medical tests as evidences of the judge's knowledge in order to clarify this issue through these studies of Islamic and legal jurisprudence.
Materials and Methods: This research has been carried out by the method of library studies and in a descriptive-analytical manner, which has been obtained and analyzed by referring to Quranic, jurisprudential, legal and scientific texts.
Findings: The advancement of medical knowledge and modern medical tools has caused many unknowns in the past to become objective facts. Today, medical knowledge has been able to identify the causes and factors of the phenomena that have occurred by performing the most accurate experiments. Now the question arises whether medical tests can be considered as one of the evidences of a judge's science? There are two approaches to answering this question. The first approach is that due to the error in medical tests, these tests cannot be considered as evidence of the judge's knowledge. Another approach is that according to the verses, "«... وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا إِنْ کَانَ قَمِیصُهُ قُدَّ مِنْ قُبُلٍ فَصَدَقَتْ وَهُوَ مِنَ الْکَاذِبِینَ* وَإِنْ کَانَ قَمِیصُهُ قُدَّ مِنْ دُبُرٍ فَکَذَبَتْ وَهُوَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِینَ " (Yusuf: 26-27) and judgments Imam Ali (AS) and other jurisprudential and legal evidences can be considered as medical tests as one of the evidences of the judge's knowledge.
Conclusion: Considering the holy verses of the Holy Quran, Islamic traditions and other jurisprudential and legal evidences, medical examinations can be considered as one of the evidences of the knowledge of the judge. What is more, by combining judicial rulings with precise medical scientific methods, judging can be more efficient and solve many problems and challenges. Justice, fairness and discovery of truth, which is one of the highest goals of judgment from the perspective of the Holy Quran and hadiths, can also be achieved by using modern medical methods and experiments.

In Imami jurisprudence, Islam is one of the purifications. The purity of Islam means that if an infidel becomes a Muslim, his body becomes pure, he can marry a Muslim, his blood is honorable and he is buried in the graves of Muslims. Despite the fact that the purity of Islam is a jurisprudential necessity; But in the quality and scope of its purity, including; The purity of Islam regarding natural apostasy is disputed among jurists. In this descriptive and analytical study, after examining the sayings and arguments of the jurists regarding the purity of Islam in relation to the natural apostate, it was found that Islam is the purity of the natural apostate and the refusal to accept his repentance is only for the three rulings of obligation to kill. , The separation of his wife and the division of his property among the heirs.

"Postmodernism", which was born in the secular context of the West, has the following characteristics: it emphasizes relativism and pluralism and rejects any belief in certainty and absolute value; He has been in conflict with essentialism, he considers human identity as a social construct; The emphasis of values on the formative realities and the necessary effects of actions on human destiny does not reflect. In terms of educational goals, he insists on institutionalizing pluralism, strengthening the spirit of self-management in students, and in terms of educational principles, he insists on avoiding dogmatism, fighting systematism, and emphasizing individual freedoms. In the educational methods, they emphasize inclusive discourse, serious attention to marginalized people and negation of role models. This idea, despite having a series of strengths, such as fighting against "globalization", fighting against "scientism" and emphasizing on "dynamism", is one of the points He also suffers from a lot of weakness. The most important of them is intellectual discontinuity and obvious contradiction in thought, ignoring certain facts and knowledge, as well as fixed and innate values. In this research, the descriptive method has been used to analyze the opportunities and threats of postmodernism in terms of ethics and moral values. The findings show that the postmodernists' view of cultural and social developments, despite its strengths and anti-imperialist aspect, also suffers from many weaknesses. Its most important weaknesses are the lack of solid and defensible intellectual foundations, the conflict with the emergent realities, certain knowledges and eternal values, which has caused the rupture of postmodernist ideas and being caught in the trap of contradictions and even obvious contradictions. By adopting a purely negative approach, they only criticize and destroy, but do not provide alternative solutions and theories. As by emphasizing the differences and sub-cultures, they neglect the cultural and moral commonalities of nations and schools. This movement or school of thought has ultimately led to moral and educational anarchism, and the result of following it will be the astonishment and confusion of the learners and the sinking of the society into the swamp of corruption and destruction.

Purpose: Some consider artistic excellence in technical excellence and mastering the elements of an art form; Others consider superior art to be art that creates a sense of greatness or power in humans. Referring to the words of philosophers and Islamic thinkers, it is possible to infer different types of art that are close to each other in terms of origin, purpose and nature. For example, by meditating on Sohrvardi's works, we can realize a type of art that steps in the direction of beauty (real and transcendental beauty) so that it can be called "valuable art" and the other, art that has this characteristic. It is useless and does not move in the path of human excellence and evolution, and it can be called "valueless art". You can also find features such as expressiveness, immortality, universality, creativity, rationality, beauty, knowledge and skepticism in the works and ideas of Muslim philosophers.

The emergence of the Seljuq dynasty is one of the great events in the history of Islam and marks the beginning of a new period in the history of Shiism. According to the ups and downs of Shiism in the Seljuk period, the performance of this government towards Shiism can be divided into two periods: a) The first Seljuk period (429-483 AH) due to their interest in supporting the Sunnah and the power of the rulers. The early (Tughrel, Aleb Arslan and Malek Shah) Shiites faced the harshness of the new rulers. The strictness of Nizam al-Mulk, the most important minister of the Seljuk government, towards the Shia sect, especially the Nizari Ismailis, is well known. b) The second period of the Seljuq government (483-590 AH) In this period, Shiites were able to become suitable administrative officials, especially as Seljuq court officials, they also achieved the highest positions. During the period of the Khwarazmshahs, Sultan Mohammad Khwarazmshah, who considered the most important basis of his legitimacy to be military power and warfare, tried to legitimize some religious jurists. But in the end, following a dispute with the Caliph and in a conflict with the Mongols, he lost his government and power and caused new developments that had heavy effects and consequences on Iran and the Islamic world. In this article, we intend to answer these hypotheses with analytical-descriptive method that: the tendency of some Iranian sultans towards the appearance of Shiism, with the aim of attracting Iranians, has contributed to the cultural attraction of Shiism, and the results of the research indicate that Although the study of historical sources reports the suppression of Shiites by some Seljuk sultans in some parts of the late Seljuk period, in general, the influence and expansion of Shiism in many areas of Iran and even Baghdad, especially in the caliphate system, finally The improvement of the position of the Shias increased and gradually raised them as a reliable force in the political balance, and the examination of the performance of the Khwarazmshahs with the Shias also shows that the Khwarazmshahs did not pay attention to the Alawites and whenever the interests of the government They demanded action against them. The sultans of Khwarazmshah were aware of the growing Shiite movement at this time, and both of them tried to take advantage of this growing movement to destroy the rival, and therefore none of them had followed the Shiite religion.
