The Method and Logic of Research In the "Comprehensive Health System of Islam"
g_noormohammadi@sina.tums.ac.ir

Assistant Professor, University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran (Corresponding Author).
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the method and logic of research in the "comprehensive system of Islamic health" according to religious sources.
Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. The research method in the current health system was compared with the "comprehensive Islamic health system".
Findings: Health is a multifaceted subject, ie it can be studied in two domains of medical sciences and religious sciences. So we need interdisciplinary studies to pinpoint the multiple-fold problem of "health." The method and logic of interdisciplinary research accepted in the "Comprehensive Islamic Health System" is the application of a new method of inference.
Conclusion: So, contrary to the common experiences in which trial and error is done to check the correctness of a hypothesis, in the interpretation of verses and hadiths, accuracy and signification are determined by ijtihad method and based on Islamic epistemology.

Psychopathology and the study of the causes and factors of mental disorders is one of the most important areas of psychology. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to present a model of psychological pathology based on the principles and propositions of the Qur'an. Because, as stated in the authoritative sources of psychology (DSM-5), the definition of mental disorder from the perspective of APA has shortcomings and defects. On the other hand, the discussion of disorder in the human psyche, which leads to the obstruction of man to reach his true destination, is a key and important issue in Islam, and certainly in the Qur'an, which, according to him, is the explanation of the whole thing, Fully and comprehensively stated. This research is a qualitative study that has been done by the method of surah contemplation in Nas and Falaq surahs. The result of this study is the exploration of the psychopathological model. This model defines mental disorder based on the components of human existential structure, the context of accepting evil, types of evil and temptation.

A Typology of the Medical Knowledge of the Infallibles (Peace be Upon Them) based on the Qur\'an and Hadith

Assistant Professor, Department of Quranic and Hadith Studies, University of Islamic Studies, Qom, Iran (Corresponding Author).
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the type of knowledge of the infallibles in the field of science and medical issues to determine that the infallibles in this area act like ordinary human beings or use certain knowledge.
Materials and Methods: In this research, descriptive-analytical method, using narrated sources, namely the Qur'an and Hadith, the typology of the medical knowledge of the infallibles has been done.
Findings: According to the authorities and virtues and special physical knowledge of the infallibles, they have also used this type of science in medical knowledge. Also, sometimes they have used outward knowledge for expediency and wisdom such as taqiya or fighting against exaggeration. Sometimes they have pointed to the non-independence of their sciences in medicine. It is often seen in the development of science that it employs the principle and the use of generalities to derive a knowledge such as medicine.
Conclusion: According to the Qur'an and hadiths, considering that ignorance has no way in their scientific field due to their being the treasures of divine knowledge; Also, according to the theory of the absoluteness of the realm of the Qur'an and its current in all times and issues, and in terms of the commentator and revelation of the infallibles for the Qur'an, also considering higher sources than human resources for the knowledge of the infallibles, their ignorance cannot be ignored. Concluded on medicine. At the same time, in their life, there are encounters with doctors, which shows that the knowledge of the infallibles in the field of medicine is superhuman. According to the Qur'an, the scientific authority of the infallibles in all religious and secular fields extends to the field of medicine. However, the type of science employed by the infallibles in the field of medicine is always non-essential and not independent of the divine will and throughout it, and is often based on the principle and reference to the general points and paradigms of an issue or knowledge such as medicine. Of course, it is sometimes seen that they have also used physical sciences in this field.

Human minds confront choices، Always faced with doubts and complaints and in this choice is real and contrary to the fact that the character appears pondering. Skeptics In their opinion, they think that what they have chosen is true and eventually , relying on this, they develop personality traits the author refers to this as "personality typology". Although the Qur'an and hadiths have not completely rejected suspicion and suspicion as a judge, and seek to place this thinking in a specific framework and manage it, Analysis of the ideas of this group and their behavior seems necessary to introduce a model based on cognition and behavior to the audience. The present study presents a model as "personality typology of the thinksts" by examining the teachings of Islam And under each of these features, some of these features are introduced as examples.

The huge annual gathering of Muslims from all countries to perform Hajj is the most beautiful religious ceremony in the world. Therefore, this huge human migration brings the most important challenges in the field of affordability and security in the field of health and hygiene. The new natural coronavirus is about There is not much awareness about its emergence, but it has affected human life in a large way. So far, it has infected millions of people and killed many people. This has caused human life and normal flow on the planet to be disrupted. Regarding the obligation of Hajj and the importance of not leaving the Kaaba empty of pilgrims, the ruling on the existence or provision of road capacity as a condition for the obligation of Hajj is not very clear for the obligees, and there are ambiguities such as whether the obstacle is legal or rational, and whether the path is actually or potentially free of obstacles, etc. This has become a topic, therefore, the research "examining the explanation of the global epidemic of Corona and its effect on the obligation of Hajj with a jurisprudential approach" which is an emerging disease, is a problem that needs to be explored to the stage of an answer worthy of attention. The lack of security in the field of health in the land of revelation and the path leading to it to perform the Hajj rituals will result in the lack of financial capacity of the obligees and eventually the Hajj will not be obligatory for them. In this article, after examining the mysterious phenomenon of Corona, which has caused the death of millions of people and is the most important event of the century; By referring to the evidences and narrations in the jurisprudential books, let's discuss the non-obligation of Hajj in situations where there is no security for pilgrims.
