On the other hand, in some studies, the Qur'anic intimacy has been effective on improvement of mental health; therefore, in this study, related studies are reviewed and the relevant results and effective factors are investigated. Materials and Methods: This narrative review was conducted by identifying studies related to Qur'anic intimacy and mental health among medical students in 2021, for data collecting, searches were performed in Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, SID, Magiran and IranDoc databases without time limit. By title reviewing, 116 articles were found, and with emphasis on quantitative studies, the original articles accessibility and after studying the abstracts, 38 articles and finally 4 completely related articles were found. Fimdings: Reviewed studies had been conducted in Tehran (paramedical disciplines), Kashan (nursing students), Jiroft (deferent discipline) and Birjand (deferent discipline) Universities of Medical Sciences. Mental health status was moderate to high in three studies. The findings of three studies showed a significant and positive relationship between Qur'anic intimacy with mental health and in the other one with one of mental health’s dimensions. Conclusion: Considering the meaningful and direct relationships, in order to strengthen the mental health of medical students, it is necessary to use from the opportunity of the student life and the campus environment to provide Qur'anic side programs for student, her/his family and friends by developing cultural infrastructure. }, URL = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-590-en.html}, eprint = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-590-en.pdf}, journal = {Quran and Medicine}, doi = {}, year = {2022} }
