In this article, one aspect of the scientific miracle of Quran was extracted and studied with a different perspective. The aim of this study was Quranic and scientific study of the effect of germ of date seed on the P53 gene expression in breast cancer (MCF7) and normal human foreskin fibroblast (HFF) cell lines. Material and Methods: In this study, by scientifically interpreting and extracting data in Quranic verses, the discovered facts related to P53 gene were adapted and proved. An effective substance that affects the expression of this gene was obtained by decoding Quranic verses. The effect of the detected substance on the P53 gene expression was tested on HFF and MCF7 cell lines. Results: The results of this study showed that "Naqhir" or the germ of the date seed (mentioned in Quran), is one of the effective substances in changing the P53 gene expression. This agent can be scientifically considered as potent compound for change of P53 gene expression and cancer treatment. By examining the effect of this substance on the P53 gene expression in cell lines, the proposed interpretation was well proved. Conclusion: The results of this study proved that the scientific miracle of the Quran is beyond human imagination. In this study, the therapeutic aspect of germ of the date was proven on cancerous cells and P53 gene expression as a small part of this scientific miracle. and P53 gene expression as a small part of this scientific miracle. }, URL = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-364-en.html}, eprint = {http://quranmed.com/article-1-364-en.pdf}, journal = {Quran and Medicine}, doi = {}, year = {2020} }
