Modern psychology, which has an empirical view to the human, has addressed this issue, but the factors and obstacles of peace of mind in the Qur'an in its true sense have been considered much more meticulously and comprehensively. The story of the ups and downs of the lives of the prophets and saints is full of difficult and stressful moments and they were in different and complicated situations, and controlling their anxiety and keeping calm can be a model for today's human beings. And their behavior can be defined and explained in the verses and in the three areas of cognition, emotion and behavior. The most important area in controlling anxiety and stress is the area of cognition that is achieved through faith, cognition, and knowledge, and how that area affects his emotions and behavior.
