In Imami jurisprudence, Islam is one of the purifications. The purity of Islam means that if an infidel becomes a Muslim, his body becomes pure, he can marry a Muslim, his blood is honorable and he is buried in the graves of Muslims. Despite the fact that the purity of Islam is a jurisprudential necessity; But in the quality and scope of its purity, including; The purity of Islam regarding natural apostasy is disputed among jurists. In this descriptive and analytical study, after examining the sayings and arguments of the jurists regarding the purity of Islam in relation to the natural apostate, it was found that Islam is the purity of the natural apostate and the refusal to accept his repentance is only for the three rulings of obligation to kill. , The separation of his wife and the division of his property among the heirs.
