Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the principles of individual and social education of human beings in Nahj al-Balagheh.
Materials and methods: descriptive-analytical research method using library resources based on analysis and surveying; Based on the valuable words of Hazrat Ali (AS) in this regard, he has investigated the principles of personal and social education according to the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha.
Findings: Since man is a creature that grows in interaction with society and social relations and relations, and in the same proportion as he leaves his existential effects on society, these existential effects and properties create a social entity by forming an independent identity. Appropriately, it influences and educates a person.
Conclusion: The results of this research show that; According to Imam Ali (a.s.), the final perfection of a person in morality is nearness to God, and the way to reach this nearness is to act based on the moral orders and rules of Islam. Therefore, the meaning of morality and even a person's life depends on how close he is to God.
