Purpose: The aim of this study was to explain how the relationship between trust and health from the perspective of women and to compare the results with Quranic verses and hadiths.
Method: This qualitative study was conducted with a content analysis approach using purposive sampling with semi-structured interviews based on the interview guide using open-ended questions. As the main patterns and meanings within the interviews became clear, classes and themes were formed. Quranic verses and hadiths were used to enrich the results of the study.
Findings: The experiences of women with high self-esteem in this study show that trust directly by creating emotions such as: positive energy, emotional charge, happiness, calmness, depression away and not being isolated in emotional health and Their psyche is influential. Participants also experienced a greater sense of physical health in relation to trust, and expressed this perception through a variety of means, including creating more mental freshness from trust.
Conclusion: These findings are in line with the effects and results of trust and positive thinking in the Qur’an and hadiths, including achieving peace, preventing fear and anxiety, reducing sadness, achieving success, producing love, Mental health and friendship. The women's quotes in the interviews also indicated that they had experienced the benefits of trust in the Qur’anic verses and hadiths
