Purpose: Healthy nutrition is the center of health. In Western schools, for healthy nutrition, standards are developed based on indices of knowledge, technology and Western philosophy that food products are produced, distributed and consumed on the basis of it. Hence, it is desirable to identify healthy nutrition indexes from the perspective of Islam and the Holy Qur'an as well as the basis for the production of food products in the country and the Islamic world.
Method: This study, using qualitative content analysis method and based on religious indexing, extracts and analyzes the verses related to Tayeb's food in the Holy Qur'an, and describes its indexes.
Results: From the review of 42 Quran verses, 45 qualitative indexes, 20 dimensional Index and 5 basic indexes were obtained.
Conclusion: Tayeb's food is a halal, clean, delicious, fragrant, tasty, healthy, pleasant and Sanitary food that humans use in their Moderation condition.
