This article is intended to evaluate the problems of patients admitted to Qazvin-educational hospitals in solving prayers. The main problems of patients for reading prayers include: 1. The lack of proper facilities for reading prayers such as Mehr and Sajdayah, and prayers. 2. Failure to know the specific prayers of the patients, such as how to perform the jibei or how to read prayers on the hospital bed.

Considering that the purpose of this study is to evaluate the problems of patients in admission to the practice of prayer, so asking from patients who do not have a good opinion about reading prayers before hospitalization is not necessary and evaluating problems only from the point of view of those who are obliged to read the prayers before the examination (163 people) were investigated. Of the 163 people who had been admitted to prayer prior to admission, 118 (72.4%) had left the hospital for prayers for various reasons, and 45 (27.6%) were also obliged to read the prayers in the hospital.
Major problems of patients admitted to Qazvin hospitals for teaching prayers were as follows:

Of 16-8% of patients stated that there was no proper bath in the department. 31.9% of the patients did not know what the clothes of the hospital were given to them. 25.8% of the patients stated that the staff did not have the necessary cooperation to replace the unclean clothing. 11.3-7.3% of patients considered angioedectomy and their serum attachment as one of the reasons for not reading prayers. Twelve of the 84 women who were admitted to prayer before admission, 32 (38.09%) believed that tent was required when praying, of which 17 (53%) did not have access to the tent. 13.
