Introduction: From the point of view of social scientists, communication has been one of the oldest and, at the same time, the highest achievements of mankind. In addition to the functions that have been used to preserve life and to help others, this has been the foundation of social activities and the foundation for human collective life. Knowing the indices governing this kind of relationship can provide us with a clear image of the overall structure in the field of personal and social relationships. In this regard, the Holy Qur'an has been focusing on this important issue and has carefully addressed all its details, and has presented some indices of social and individual relations in a specific framework. Therefore, the aim of this analytical review was to explain the nature of personal and social relationships, and, ultimately, to illustrate the desirable individual and social relationships from the perspective of Quranic culture discourse.
Conclusion: According to the practical culture of the Quran, a specific task has been identified for each family member that includes the duties of the children to the parents and the duties of the parents towards each other. Also, in social relations and dealing with others, the practical culture of the Qur'an presents a system that provides a legal basis for each individual and obliges everyone to respect it against another, which includes positive relations and negative relationships.
