The jurisprudential foundations of abortion permits, with an emphasis on the rule of law

The rejection of abortion is one of the basic and unchallenged ordinances that the book's generalities and tradition refer to; but, like any other initial ruling, it can be changed in the case of secondary titles and the possibility of abortion is possible. In this article, the authors have analyzed the principle of antagonism as the basis for the abortion license. In this study, the first study examined the principle of interference as one of the grounds for the abortion license, and then, among other things, the rules governing abortion It has been analyzed and what conditions, if there is a mother or a fetus, we can issue an abortion permit based on the principle of an interdiction. At the end of the article, the authors write an analytical-descriptive method to analyze the views of criminal policy Iran and Imami's jurists have focused on abortion.
