Protects against oppression. Therefore, the approach of this article is research-oriented and according to the field and descriptive library research. Some Imami jurists believe that this practice is permissible only when the soul is not blown in the fetus and the preservation of the mother's life is stopped by abortion, and the fetus can be aborted by invoking the rule of adultery. Another group believes that even if the soul is blown into the fetus to protect the mother's life, the fetus can be aborted. And during this period, when the life of the fetus depends on the life of the mother, it is as if her alimony is tied to the alimony of the mother.
