Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a model of moral education curriculum in primary education based on the moral teachings of the Holy Quran based on Al-Mizan interpretation.
Materials and Methods: The research method is descriptive-analytical in that in order to identify the current situation of moral education in the formal curriculum of primary education, the method of qualitative content analysis is used and also to design the desired model of education curriculum. Ethical-based ethics of content analysis and hermeneutics and in the final stage or validation of the proposed model has been used the opinions of 10 experts in the study.
Findings: The proposed model is about the four basic elements of the curriculum, namely: objectives, content and methods of curriculum organization, teaching-learning strategies and evaluation methods in moral education, which is one of the most important treasures while paying attention to the characteristics of the audience. Valuable educational Quran has benefited
Conclusion: The Quran and Quranic teachings are one of the important authorities in Iran for the moral education of students.
