Abstract:   (4070 Views)

Scientific research indicates that breast milk is perfect and that there is no alternative to it. Consequently, international associations have developed breastfeeding development programs. The divine commandments in the Qur'an were studied along with the programs of the day.

The articles and programs in the search of internet were studied, as well as the verses related to lactation in the Quran. The results are compared with each other.

The World Health Organization has been using breast milk as the sole source of nutrition for up to 6 months, and then continuing it for up to two years in its program and has recommended its development. The Holy Quran recommends two years of milking in his verses.

The benefits of breastfeeding by the mother in addition to fully nourishing the baby has its beneficial side effects, including the future health of the person in adulthood, mental relaxation and sustainable development, which is now proven. These scientific findings are what the Quran itself recommends.
